Return Policy

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY
The customer has 30 days to return an item or exchange for a different item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused or in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include, used Power Shaker Bottles, Gift cards, and software products. To complete your return, please email support@jawku.com and provide a receipt or proof of purchase. This is REQUIRED for all returns.

To complete your exchange, please email support@jawku.com and provide a receipt or proof of purchase. This is REQUIRED for all Exchanges. Customers will be required to ship their original item back and pay the difference, (if applicable) for the new item before the new product is shipped.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@jawku.com and we will give you the information to receive the replacement. 

REFUNDS & PROCESS FEES (if applicable)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if for a refund and not for an exchange/replacement. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. Even for orders that qualify for free shipping, when the item is returned for a refund the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund that is processed. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

When your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your package. If your package is approved, you should receive an email notification of the refund being processed. The refund can only be refunded to the original payment method and may take 1-3 business days to go into your account based off your bank service.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

** Note all online orders will be deducted an additional 5% restocking fee if returned opened**

 

EVENT SALES ONLY:

JAWKU orders placed in person at events will get deducted a 7.5% restocking fee if returned.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@jawku.com.



SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
On sale items will only be refunded for the price charged for the item. Customers will not receive full refund value of an individual item if purchased within a bundle. Items that are part of a bundle will be refunded based off the discounted value of the item in that bundle.

 

JAWKU Refusal (if applicable)

JAWKU does have the right to refuse any package that is returned. For your refund to be processed and inspected the item MUST be time stamped from Postal Services within your 30-day return period. If the item is time stamped outside of that window, JAWKU does have the right to refuse your package/resend out your package and not issue the refund. (Some situations may extend the deadline for returns such warranty reasons). 


SHIPPING & FREE SHIPPING (US)*
To return your product, please email support@jawku.com to get authorization and information as to where to return it.  Please include your name, order number, and issue you are having in the email so the JAWKU support team can address it promptly.

WARRANTY INFORMATION:

All products purchased through JAWKU or an authorized reseller are covered by a 12-24-month warranty depending on when the product was purchased and the product that is purchased. If you need to start your warranty process, send us an email at support@jawku.com and our team will give you the information to receive the replacement if you are within your warranty. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for getting your replacement unit under warranty.  Shipping costs to and from the customer will need to be covered by the customer for warranty replacements.  International customers will have to cover the shipping to and from for the warranty replacement as well as any import/customs fees associated with the replacement order.Product Warranty Time:

Muscle Blaster V2 Therapy Gun: 1 year if purchased before October 1, 2021.  2 years if purchased after October 1st, 2021.

Muscle Blaster Mini Therapy Gun: 1 year if purchased before October 1, 2021.  2 years if purchased after October 1st, 2021.

Muscle Blaster Chrome Therapy Gun: 1 year if purchased before October 1, 2021.  2 years if purchased after October 1st, 2021.

Power Shaker Bottle: 1 year

Accessory Tripod: 1 year

Parachute: 1 year

Ladder: 1 year

Training Cones: 1 year

Charging cords for all products are not covered for the warranty due to being broken or lost.  Replacement charging cords can be purchased under the shop tap on the website.


If you did not purchase directly from JAWKU a receipt is still REQUIRED. If you do not have a receipt or received the item as a gift, please contact the seller of the item or the individual who gave the gift for the receipt. JAWKU only covers replacements by JAWKU Authorized resellers. JAWKU does own exclusive rights to sell on Amazon, eBay, and Walmart services so be aware of this when purchasing an item from a third-party individual or online vendor on these platforms if the seller is not JAWKU.
